The Treatment Foster Care coordinator is responsible for all aspects of care and treatment for TFC clients and including match assessments, home studies, treatment planing, coordinating and implementing of the treatment plan, extensive documentation.  Treatment Coordinator will represent the agency at IEP's, MDT, or treatment team meetings and perform other duties as needed not specifically outlined.   

Qualifications are a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work or another human services field and two years working with emotionally disturbed children and families.  Must have knowledge of CYFD regulations, ability to compose and review treatment records, ability to interact with clinical team, computer literacy and records management experience.  Pass all background check and drug screens and have excellent verbal and communication skills.
